臨近港灣豪庭商場，安全小社區。有街閘。鎖匙經過3度閘門才到家內
衛生：
一層樓梯，樓梯清潔衛生，沒有垃圾或異味，鄰居會自己掃。

3條大街、2個商場，食肆林立，中日韓台港美意泰星，由高級餐廳/商場食肆，到茶餐廳/外賣店/粥店，價錢30-60上下
